All training documents, forms, and sheets will be located below. If you see any mistakes on the procedures, please contact your NCO / CO within VPMC. Regulations can be found in VPMC's Regulations found under Information. Promotions are made from advancing through training within your designated branch and being active within VPMC. After training is complete, promotions will be made if your Drill Instructor feels you have accomplished all the necessary requirements.
Training Request Form: Request forms are for members looking to advance their training within VPMC. Each training's from AIT to Leadership part 2 are required for members to fill out a form.
Training Progress Document: The training progress entails all training's of VPMC and members progression on a designated training. For example, if a member has to leave in the middle of the training, then their gamer tag will be put on the training progress and specific training / part by their instructor. This is so they are able to start where they left off. Questions or concerns may be directed to your NCO / CO.
Vengeance PMC Training Procedures: Training Requirements entail all the necessary procedures for every training / course within VPMC. Instructors must follow the training procedures exactly when instructing trainees.
Basic Training's: Basic Training is the first training every member within Air Force and Marine Corps must go through before becoming an official member of VPMC. It entails the basic military / combat training all soldiers need to learn.
Advanced Training's: Advanced Training is a follow up to Basic Training, giving a more in-depth type of training learning tactics and using your skills taught in basic training and applying them to other online players in public lobbies.
Leadership Course Training: Leadership is crucial to the success of VPMC. The most effective leaders are those who lead from the front — this means they lead by example in thought, word and deed. Soldiers who choose Leadership Training are making it clear that they wish to take on more responsibility and thus rise in rank as an NCO. Special Operations Command Training: Special Forces mission is to assess and select personnel for assignment for Marine Corps / Air Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC and AFSOC) and to train and educate designated personnel in individual, basic, and advanced special operations in order to meet MARSOC's / AFSOC's requirement to provide capable personnel to conduct special operations. During this training all candidates will be expected to cross train in Air Force and Marine Corps standard.
Officer Candidate School (OCS) Training Officer Candidate School (OCS) is VPMC main training academy for prospective Officers. The school is generally open to qualified enlisted Non-commissioned Officers. Candidates who successfully complete the rigorous, school receive formal commissions as a VPMC Officer and assume the ability to command Soldiers.
